1- Visiting Mars in Jordan – Wadi Rum
Wadi Rum, a natural valley, is located in southern Jordan 250 km south of Amman, capital of Jordan. Wadi Rum is also known as “the valley of the moon” because of its similar terrain.

The Dead Sea in Jordan is the lowest place on Earth. You’ll definitely feel the difference in air pressure as soon as you visit.
In addition, The Dead Sea contains high levels of calcium and potassium, is characterized by its high salinity, has a salt content of about 34%, represents nine times the concentration of salts in the Mediterranean Sea, and has one of the highest salinity rates in water bodies in the world.
Having no exit beyond the Dead Sea, the salts were produced because the lake is the final destination that flows into it. The Dead Sea basin includes some important archaeological and religious monuments in the region such as Masada, Khirbet Qumran, and the cave of the Prophet Lot. In addition, it is home to the natural
salt formations and has a prevailing climate making the Dead Sea a global tourist attraction, especially in medical tourism sector.
