Luxury Tour of Jordan Details
Day 01: Queen Alia International Airport – Amman Hotel
Meals: Dinner.
Arrival at the Queen Alia International Airport in Amman, our airport representative will wait for you before the immigration desk holding a sign with your name and will assist you with the visa procedures (please don’t miss him or proceed without him). Our airport representative will walk you through customs and to the luggage hall, then you will be transferred to your hotel in Amman for an overnight stay.
Day 02: Amman Hotel – Jerash – Ajloun – Amman Hotel
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.
After breakfast, head to visit the ancient Roman city of Jerash, including the paved and colonnaded streets, soaring hilltop temples, theatres, spacious public squares and plazas, baths, fountains and city walls. Then, continue to Ajloun to visit Ajloun Castle (Qal’at Ar-Rabad), a fine example of Islamic architecture as it was built by Saladin’s general in 1184 AD to control the iron mines of Ajloun, and to counter the progress of the Crusaders by dominating the three main routes leading to the Jordan valley and protecting the communication routes between Jordan and Syria. Ending the day with an overnight stay in Amman.

Day 03: Amman – Madaba (St. George church) – Mt. Nebo – Shobak Castle – Petra Hotel
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.
After breakfast, visit Madaba, a city best known for the famous 6th century Mosaic map of Jerusalem & Holy Land and for its spectacular Byzantine and Umayyad mosaics and visit of St. George’s church. Then, head to Mt. Nebo, a city mentioned in the bible as the place where Moses was granted a view of the Promised land that he would never enter. Later, just off the King’s Highway 190 km south of Amman and less than an hour north of Petra visit an impressive castle that stands as a lonely reminder of former Crusader glory dating from the same turbulent period as Kerak, crowning a cone of rock, which rises above a wild and rugged landscape dotted with a grand sweep of fruit trees below. It is today known as Shobak, but to the Crusaders it was Mont Real (Crak de Montreal) or Mons Regalis, the Fortress of the Royal Mount. It was built in 1115 by King Baldwin I of Jerusalem to guard the road from Damascus to Egypt and was the first of a string of similar strongholds in the Latin Kingdom of Jerusalem. Ending the day with an overnight stay in Petra.

Day 04: Petra Hotel – Petra visit (enter and exit by golf carts) – Petra Hotel
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.
After breakfast, today is dedicated to exploring Petra, one of the seven world wonders. Entry by Siq and visit the Treasury, Street of Facades, Theater, Colonnaded Street etc. after lunch inside Petra you will still have time to visit the Monastery and/or the High Place of Sacrifice today. It is a lot of climbing but worth the view!
After the visit, drive back to your hotel in Petra for overnight.

Day 05: Petra Hotel – 4 Hour 4X4 Jeep Tour in Wadi Rum + Lunch making with Bedouin man in the desert – Wadi Rum
Camp (Bubble Tent)
Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.
After breakfast, head further down in southern Jordan to visit other significant sites including Wadi Rum. Explore Wadi Rum on a 4-hour jeep ride into the Jordanian desert, Wadi Rum was best described by T.E. Lawrence as “Vast, echoing and god-like”, and by the locals as “Valley of the Moon.” After the long adventure and lunch making experience, enjoy the rest of the day in a camp in Wadi rum and enjoy dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 06: Wadi Rum Camp – Aqaba Hotel
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.
After breakfast, Proceed to the sole gulf city in Jordan, Aqaba for a day of relaxation under the sun. Its sandy beaches and coral reefs are the most pristine on the Red Sea.

Day 07: Aqaba Hotel – Royal Diving Club (optional experiences) – Dead Sea salt formations area stop for panoramic view &
memorial picture – Dead Sea Hotel
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.
After breakfast, visit The Royal Diving Club to self-purchase any water activity or diving packages. After the tour, you will be transferred to the lowest point on the Earth the Dead Sea. On-route stop for the salt formations are to take a panoramic view and memorial picture. Overnight at Dead Sea hotel.

Day 08: Dead Sea Hotel – Bethany (Baptism site) – Dead Sea Hotel
Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.
After breakfast, drive to Bethany Beyond the Jordan. The site of John the Baptist’s settlement at Bethany Beyond the Jordan, where Jesus was baptized, has long been known from the Bible (John 1:28 and 10:40) and from the Byzantine and medieval texts. The area is also associated with the biblical account of how the Prophet Elijah (Mar Elias in Arabic) ascended to heaven in a whirlwind on a chariot of fire. After that, you will drive back to your hotel in the Dead Sea for overnight.

Day 09: Dead Sea Hotel – Queen Alia International Airport
Meals: Breakfast
After breakfast, you will be transferred to Queen Alia International Airport for departure.
