Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival Queen Alia Airport — Petra
Arrival at Amman Queen Alia International airport. After a quick and easy procedure you go through customs, through the luggage area into the arrival hall. Note that the visa is at your own costs (40 JD/57 USD per person). Your driver will wait for you in the arrival hall, also holding a name sign and he will transfer you to your hotel in Petra for overnight.

Day 2: Petra – Aqaba
Full day to explore Petra, one of the seven world wonders. Entry by Siq and visit the Treasury, Street of Facades, Theater, Colonnaded Street etc. After lunch inside Petra you will still have time to visit the Monastery and/or the High Place of Sacrifice today. It is a lot of climbing but definitely worth the views!
Late afternoon transfer to Aqaba for overnight. (B, D)

Day 3 & 4: Aqaba
Free days in Aqaba. Relax at the beach, enjoy the hotel facilities or shop in the souk of Aqaba. During your stay in Aqaba, one of the following activities is included in the cost of your holiday. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Aqaba. (B, D)
- A round of Golf at Ayla Golf Club.
- The Signature Full Body Massage for 60 minutes.
- A visit to Aqaba Bird Observatory.

Day 5: Aqaba (optional: a visit to Wadi Rum)
Today you have the option to visit the beautiful desert Wadi Rum, famous because of its red sand and stunning rock formations. Or relax at the hotel and enjoy its facilities.

Optional visit to Wadi Rum:
After breakfast drive to Wadi Rum, Jordan’s extraordinary red desert, famous from Lawrence of Arabia and most recently, the 2016 film The Martian. You will discover Wadi Rum desert with a half day jeep tour (around 4 hours) including a freshly prepared barbeque lunch. A jeep tour is the best way to discover many of the sites in Wadi Rum. The jeep will stop at each site giving you time to walk/scramble around and maybe even climb some of the beautiful naturally formed bridges in Wadi Rum. This is as close as youwill come to visiting Mars! Before starting your jeep tour you could decide to enjoy a half hour camel ride (not included). Back to Aqaba to fresh up at the hotel and to prepare yourself for a nice dinner at the Royal Yacht Club. Overnight at your hotel in Aqaba. (B, L, D)

Day 6: Aqaba
Free day to spend and enjoy at leisure in Aqaba. There are lots of optional water sport activities you could enjoy today such as snorkeling, jet ski, snorkeling cruise or even a cruise to Pharaoh Island. Dinner and overnight at your hotel in Aqaba. (B, D)

Day 7: Aqaba – Dead Sea
Check out of your hotel and drive via the Wadi Araba desert to the Dead Sea, lowest point on the earth’s surface. Float in the salty waters and try out the famous healing mud. Dinner and overnight at your hotel at the Dead Sea. (B, D)

Day 8: Dead Sea – Queen Alia International Airport
Transfer to the airport for departure. You would need to leave the hotel 3 hours in advance (2 hours for the check in and less than one hour driving from the Dead Sea to Amman Queen Alia International Airport). (B)
