<p>Day 1: Arrival Queen Alia Airport — Amman<u><br> </u>Arrival at Amman Queen Alia International airport. Our represenative will wait for you holding the name sign to help you with the visa procedures. Your driver will wait for you in the arrival hall, also holding a name sign and he will transfer you to your hotel in Amman for overnight, including breakfast.</p> <p></p> <p>Day 2: Amman – Jerash – Ajlun- Madaba</p> <p>Your English-speaking driver will be waiting for you in the lobby of your hotel. Start your first morning in Jordan with a city tour. Visit the Citadel in Amman, with beautiful views over the city. Continue to the Roman Theatre, located in the heart of Amman for a visit. Drive on to Jerash, to visit the world’s best preserved Roman provincial city. After your visit of Jerash transfer to visit the castle of Ajlun before driving to your hotel in Madaba for overnight. (B)</p> <p></p> <p>Day 3: Madaba – Mt. Nebo – Dead Sea – Wadi Mujib – Wadi Ibn Hamad</p> <p>After breakfast visit the St. George Church in Madaba with its famous mosaic map. Drive to Mt. Nebo from where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Continue to to the Dead Sea, lowest point on the earth’s surface. Visit Wadi Mujib where you will hike the 2-3 hours Siq Trail. After you will make a short stop at a 4* Dead Sea Spa hotel at the Dead Sea. Enjoy a nice lunch buffet and take your chance to float in the salty waters of the Dead Sea and try out the famous healing mud. At 3.30 pm transfer to Wadi Ibn Hammad where you will be camping overnight in tents. (B, L, D)</p> <p>Day 4: Wadi Ibn Hammad – Karak</p> <p>Today you will get the chance to explore this beautiful canyon, Wadi Ibn Hamad. With hanging gardens and lots of small waterfalls it really is a beautiful and unique hike. The hike takes around 4 hours and you will have lunch boxes with you. After the hike you will transfer to Karak to visit the immense Crusaders Castle. Overnight camping in Taybet area. (B, L, D)</p> <p></p> <p>Day 5: Wadi Khodeera Karak – Karak</p> <p>Today you will be hiking through Wadi Khodeera. You will walk through the mountains into the canyon until Sara’h Al Shaheed. It is a long hike from 8 am until 3 pm but it is worth it and you will carry lunch boxes with you. After the hike you will be transferred to your hotel in Karak for overnight. (B, L)</p> <p></p> <p>Day 6: Karak – Afra Hot Spring – Little Petra <br> Drive to Tafilah where you will hike to the Afrah Hot Springs. The hike is only 8 km but takes around 7 hours, not an easy hike but a fun one that you can’t miss out on! Lunch will be served today between Burbaitah and Afrah area at Malaqi. After your hike you will be transferred direct to Little Petra for overnight at the basic Ammarin Bedouin Campsite. <br> (B, L, D)<br> <br> Day 7: Petra</p> <p>Full day to explore Petra, one of the seven world wonders. Entry by Siq and visit the Treasury, Street of Facades, Theater, Colonnaded Street etc. You will also have time to visit the Monastery and/or the High Place of Sacrifice today. It is a lot of climbing but definitely worth the views! Overnight camping at the basic Ammarin Campsite. (B, D)</p> <p></p> <p>Day 8: Little Petra – Wadi Ghwair – Little Petra</p> <p>Transfer to Mansurah, the entrance of Wadi Gwair at Shobak. The hike takes around 7 hours.</p> <p>A stream runs down the Wadi and you may well find your feet in water. In the spring the pools maybe deeper and it is possible you might have to swim for a few meters. Lunch boxes are included for today. The Wadi is beautiful, at the top there are magnificent formation and colors in the sandstone and lower down spectacular hanging gardens of fern and palms.</p> <p>The tour will end at Feynan where the jeep is awaiting you to take you back to the Ammarin Campsite in Little Petra overnight. (B, L, D)</p> <p></p> <p>Day 9: Little Petra – Wadi Rum</p> <p>After breakfast drive to Wadi Rum, famous from the red sand and rock formations. You will enjoy a full day hiking in Wadi Rum Disi area, through the beautiful different colors of sand. Arrive to your private campsite for your last night of private camping. Enjoy your evening sitting around the campfire drinking traditional Bedouin tea. Overnight camping in Wadi Rum. (B, L, D)</p> <p></p> <p>Day 10: Wadi Rum</p> <p>Today you will enjoy a day on camel. Give your feet some rest and enjoy the ride. You will visit several nice locations in Wadi Rum, lunch is included. Afternoon transfer to Aqaba for overnight. (B, L)</p> <p></p> <p>Day 11: Aqaba</p> <p>Free day in Aqaba. Relax at the beach, enjoy snorkeling, book a lunch cruise and more options are available. Overnight at your hotel in Aqaba. (B)</p> <p></p> <p>Day 12: Departure</p> <p>Transfer to the airport for departure. You would need to leave the hotel 6 hours in advance (2 hours for the check in and less than 4 hour driving from Aqaba to Amman Queen Alia Airport).</p> <p></p>
