<p><strong>Day 1:  Arrival Queen Alia Airport — Madaba</strong><u><br> </u>Arrival at Amman Queen Alia International airport. Our airport representaive waits for you at the airport to help you with visa procedures. Your driver will wait for you in the arrival hall, also holding a name sign and he will transfer you to your hotel in Madaba.  Overnight at 4* Grand Hotel in Madaba, incluidng breakfast<br> Enjoy a Christmas Eve dinner at Haret Jdoudna Restaurant. Madaba is a very Christian town and has a big Christmas tree standing.<br> <em>Arrival should be before dinner time. It is no problem to add a pre night in Madaba to make sure you can enjoy Christmas Eve. <br> <br> </em><strong>Day 2: Madaba – Mount Nebo – Bethany – Dead Sea<br></strong>This morning your English-speaking guide is waiting for you at the lobby of the hotel to start your first day in Jordan. Visit the St. George Church in Madaba with its famous mosaic map. Drive to Mt. Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land. And then on to Bethany, it is believed that Jesus was baptized here. Transfer to the Dead Sea for overnigt at Holiday Inn Dead Sea Resort and Hotel.</p> <p><strong>Day 3 : Dead Sea</strong><br> Free day at the Dead Sea, lowest point on earth’s surface. Float in the salty waters, try out the famous healing mud or pamper yourself with a spa treatment! Overnight at Holiday Inn Dead Sea Resort and Hotel <br> <br> <strong>Day 4 : Dead Sea – Karak – Petra</strong><br> After breakfast transfer with your guide to the south follow the King's Highway until Karak. In Karak visit the immense Crusaders Castle. Visit Little Petra today too, a great first taste of what is about to come the next day. Transfer directly to Petra for overnight at 5* Hyatt Zamman Resort and Hotel, incluidng breakfast. </p> <p><strong>Day 5 : Petra</strong> <br> Full day to explore Petra, one of the seven world wonders. Entry by Siq and visit the Treasury, Street of Facades, Theater, Colonnaded Street etc. After lunch inside Petra you will still have time to visit the Monastery and/or the High Place of Sacrifice today. It is a lot of climbing but definitely worth the views! Overnight at your hotel in Petra. <em><br> Optional activities for today: Petra by Night (each Monday, Wednesday and Thursday evening), Petra Kitchen cooking course, Local Turkish Bath.</em></p> <p><strong>Day 6 : Petra – Wadi Rum</strong><br> After breakfast drive to Wadi Rum Visitors Centre. Before starting with the jeep tour you could decide to enjoy an hour  camel ride from Wadi Rum Village. After start with a half day ( 4 hrs) jeep tour including a freshly prepared barbeque lunch. A jeep tour is the best way to discover lots of sites in Wadi Rum. The jeep will stop at each site giving you time to walk/scramble around and maybe even climb up on some of the beautiful natural formed bridges in Wadi Rum. Dinner and overnight at Memories Aich Luxurious campsite in Wadi Rum. </p> <p><strong>Day 7:  Wadi Rum – Aqaba</strong> <br> After breakfast you will drive to Aqaba for a free day and overnight. Relax at the beach, discover the town of Aqaba or book a snorkeling cruise including lunch! Overnight at <span>InterContinental Aqaba, including breakfast</span><br> <br> <strong>Day 8 : Aqaba</strong> <br> Enjoy your free day at the Red Sea, using the various facilities at the hotel. In the evening prepare yourself to count down to welcome the New Year. Enjoy the party and the New Year’s Eve dinner at the hotel. Overnight at <span>InterContinental Aqaba, including dinner and breakfast </span></p> <p><br> <strong>Day 9 : Aqaba – Amman</strong><br> Happy New Year! After a late night, you can sleep in today and relax at the beach. A perfect way to start the New Year relaxed without stress. After lunch you will transfer to Amman for check in at your hotel. Enjoy a farewell dinner at the local Tawaheen Al Hawa Restaurant. Overnight at Crown Plaza Hotel, including breakfast<br> <br> <strong>Day 10 : Amman – Queen Alia Airport</strong><br> Transfer to the airport for departure. You would need to leave the hotel 3 hours in advance (2 hours for the check in and less than 1 hour driving from Amman to Amman Queen Alia Airport).</p> <p></p>
