Day 1: Arrival Queen Alia Airport — Petra Arrival at Amman Queen Alia International airport. After a quick and easy procedure you go through customs, through the luggage area into the arrival hall. Note that the visa is at your own costs (40 JD/57 USD per person). Your driver will wait for you in the arrival hall, also holding a name sign and he will transfer you to your hotel in Petra for overnight. Day 2: Petra
Today you’ll have a full day to explore the many monuments in the UNESCO and World Heritage Site Petra. Included is a 2-3 hours guided city tour, to get a good first impression of Petra. After this tour you have the rest of the day to explore Petra by yourself together with the photographer. After your visit to the Siq, Treasury, Street of Facades, Theatre and Colonnaded Street you have the possibility to hike your way to the Monastery and/or the High Place of Sacrifice. It is a lot of climbing, but worth the views! Afternoon transfer to the Dead Sea for overnight. (B, D) Day 3, 4, 5, 6, 7: Dead Sea Awake at the lowest point on the earth’s surface. Take in the stunning views and let your relaxing holiday begin. The Dead Sea has proven to have many benefits for several medical conditions. Float in the salty waters today and try out the famous healing mud. Because this is your first day at the Dead Sea there are 2 spa treatments included for you. Discuss the other options with your hotel staff for the coming days for your medical condition. You will spend 5 full days at the Dead Sea. Let the recovery begin! If you are interested in optional excursions, we are just a phone call away. You could decide to do half day tour or full day excursions of Amman, Madaba, Wadi Mujib, Jerash, Ajlun and to many other sights that are located close by the Dead Sea.
