Day 1: Arrival Queen Alia Airport — Amman Meet/assist upon arrival at Amman Airport by our airport representative, he will be holding a sign with your name on it. The airport representative will assist you with the visa procedures, customs and your luggage. Meet your English-speaking guide in the arrival hall; he will be holding a name sign as well. Drive to Tawaheen Al Hawa Restaurant for a welcome dinner. The restaurant serves Jordanian food and a set menu is included for you and your guests. After dinner transfer to your hotel in Amman for overnight. (D) In case of a late arrival, the welcome dinner will be changed in to a welcome lunch on day 2. Day 2: Amman – Madaba – Dead Sea Before heading off to the South to celebrate your wedding with your guests in Bedouin Style, you will first explore some of the highlights of Jordan. Start with a city tour of Amman, visit the Citadel with beautiful views over the city Amman. Visit the Roman Theatre located in the downtown area of Amman. Drive on to Madaba, to visit the St. George Church, with its famous mosaic map. Continue to Mt. Nebo, from where Moses viewed the Promised Land. Transfer to your hotel at the Dead Sea for dinner and overnight. (B, D) Day 3: Dead Sea – Karak – Petra Early rise and shine! For today there is a free morning included at the Dead Sea, lowest point on the earth’s surface. Float in the salty waters, try out the famous healing mud and enjoy the hotel facilities. You could even try out a pampering spa treatment! At 12.00 (midday) check out of your hotel and drive to Karak, to visit the immense Crusaders Castle. Continue driving Southwards, making a quick stop at Dana Nature Reserve to take in the beautiful view. Transfer to your hotel in Petra for dinner and overnight. (B, D) Day 4: Petra Today you will visit one of the Seven World Wonders, Petra! Walk through the Siq, and discover the beauty of the Treasury. Continue walking around the corner and a whole city opens up for you. Petra is a huge site and deserves a full day of exploring. Explore the Street of Facades, the Roman Theatre and Royal Tombs. Walk up to the Monastery and/or the High Place of Sacrifice. It is a lot of climbing, but definitely worth the views! For tonight dinner is included at 1001 night Restaurant, menus can be chosen in advance/ drinks are not included. Overnight at your hotel in Petra. (B, D)
Day 5: Petra – Wadi Rum Morning visit to Petra, since Petra is so big we have included more time in Petra. If you did not have time to climb up to the High Place of Sacrifice the day before, then today is your chance! Before leaving Petra you will have lunch. Transfer to Wadi Rum, it is time to start celebrating your wedding Bedouin Style! Upon arrival at the private camp for just you and your guests, you’ll have time to settle in. There is 1 big tent for all the guests to share where you can put your luggage for now. For the bride and groom there is a private tent. Fresh up and there is time to prepare for the Bedouin Wedding Party! The bride and groom will be dressed up in traditional Bedouin clothes. And the bride will have her hands and feet decorated with henna. The camp will have a Bedouin Wedding set up and your evening will start with a special Bedouin dinner. After dinner the folklore show will perform a beautiful dance. Don’t be shy and dance with them! They would love to teach you their traditional dance. You will also find an Oud player at your party, a traditional Bedouin instrument accompanied with Bedouin songs. All perfect ingredients for the best party in centuries! One that will always be remembered by you, your family and your friends! (B, L, D)
Day 6: Wadi Rum After everyone had their breakfast a special event is waiting for everyone! All guests can choose to ride a horse or a camel including the bride and groom. You will enjoy a slow walk with traditional Bedouin songs. After this morning party, you will all jump in jeeps and explore more of the beautiful desert Wadi Rum. A 3 hours jeep tour is included with lunch. In the evening the partying continues! For tonight there is another folklore show included, so you can perfect your Bedouin dancing style! There will also be the option for the other guests to have their hands decorated by henna. Dinner is included and it is another party night that could go on into the early morning hours. (B, L, D)
Day 7: Wadi Rum – Aqaba After breakfast you will be transferred to Aqaba, where you will enjoy a snorkeling cruise. Swim the desert sand of you in the Red Sea. A snorkeling kit is included so you could explore the beautiful underwater world of the Red Sea. Or lay on deck for a well-deserved rest after all that partying! Lunch is included during the cruise. When the cruise comes to an end, you will go back to your hotel in Aqaba to fresh up. Tonight there is a goodbye dinner at the Royal Yacht Club. As your holiday is coming to an end, tonight you will see a Semsemie’eh show at the Royal Yacht Club in Aqaba. A traditional instrument that makes beautiful music accompanied by beautiful songs. Enjoy your last dance in Jordan tonight! (B, L, D) Day 8: Aqaba – Queen Alia Airport Transfer to Amman Airport for departure back home with memories filled with joy of your Bedouin Style Wedding!
