Tour Details

Join global yogi Alena Bartoli, for our annual yoga & mindfulness weekend! Alena is a global experiential educator and yoga teacher. She is passionate about the healing power of yoga and an experiential travel. Participants have the option to combine yoga practice, theory and meditation with a variety of desert activities including trekking, 4×4 and camel riding.

Itinerary

Day 1 Wadi Rum

Arrive to Wadi Rum Rest House. Transfer to the fixed campsite in the desert. Enjoy lunch and have a rest. Then it is time for the opening circle and you will practice yoga together. A sunset meditation is included and after you will have dinner. At night you can gaze at the stars. Overnight at a fixed campsite.

Day 2 Wadi Rum

Before breakfast start with a yoga session. Then enjoy your breakfast before making a choice of what to do next. Enjoy free time, a yoga theory session or explore the desert with one of the many activities available such as camel riding, hiking, jeep tour etc.
After your lunch you have time to rest again before starting another yoga session. At sunset you will meditate all together and after dinner there is a chanting around the campfire. Overnight at a fixed campsite. (B, L, D)

Day 3 Wadi Rum

Before breakfast you will practice some yoga together. And after your breakfast you have free time or choose one of the available activities. After time for a closing circle before you have lunch. And then it is already time to say farewell and you are transferred back to Wadi Rum Resthouse. (B, L)
